Initially as a Technical Support Representative, and afterwards as a Subject Matter Expert, my job within the project involved providing support to Google's clients, requiring deep knowledge on Google Cloud tools and services such as ASM, GKE, GCE, DNS, Cloud Armor, VPN and many others. It also involved working and collaborating with my team to monitor, assess and enhance internal processes and the team itself.
IT Technical Support - System Administrator
July 2020 - June 2022
Working for two different projects, I was responsible for the ticketing service, administration of the systems for each project, which involved both Linux and Windows, and both Cloud-based and Bare-Metal solution architectures. Other responsibilities include troubleshooting said architectures and making changes to the system, suggesting improvements and supporting the team and security using appropriate tooling.
